General Policy

Contributions made to Global Relief Initiative LLC are voluntary and are intended to support operational costs, program development, and initiative execution. As such, contributions are generally non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed only under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Incorrect contribution amounts due to technical error
  • Unauthorized transactions reported promptly

Approval of any refund request is at the sole discretion of Global Relief Initiative LLC.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund review, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

All refund requests must include:

  • Contributor’s full name
  • Email address used during the contribution
  • Date and amount of the transaction
  • Reason for the refund request

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the financial institution involved. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
